Virtual Tech Assistant

As a Virtual Tech Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing live technical support and excellent customer service during remote depositions via our Steno Connect platform, troubleshooting audio and video issues, ensuring client comfort with the platform, and delivering exceptional hospitality before, during, and after depositions. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, be adept at multitasking, and have experience in customer service and video/audio conferencing, with proficiency in Zoom.

Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: Part-time
