IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, you'll work 15-20 hours per week, with potential for more, providing technical support during core business hours. You'll assist end-users with desktops, laptops, operating systems, and software applications, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and server issues, and install and maintain computer hardware and peripherals. Your schedule will likely be Monday-Friday, 11am-3pm ET or similar.
