Remote Retail General Manager
As a Remote Retail General Manager at Properties International, you'll lead the setup and management of multiple franchise businesses, including Rent to Own Furniture, Rental Truck and Storage, and Copy/Print/Ship/Remote Mailboxes. Your responsibilities will include filing necessary paperwork, securing an SBA loan, overseeing store buildout, and ramping up staffing to stability.
While much of the work can be done remotely, you will be required to spend several weeks on-site during the buildout and business opening phases. Regular weekly account reviews, staff meetings, and quarterly site visits will also be part of your role. For the right candidate, there is a potential for equity interest in the business.
Pay: Competitive, including travel, transportation, and lodging; potential equity interest.
Schedule: Full-time during critical phases (buildout, opening); ongoing remote work with quarterly site visits.
Hours: Flexible, with full-time commitment during on-site phases.
Education: Experience in retail management and franchise operations preferred.
